Looking for an inspiring and unique location to host your meeting? At DronePort everyone can rent one of our spacious meeting rooms. The design and breathtaking airport view will definitly improve the quality of your meeting. Catering options are available, check out the different rooms for details.
Free 2 hour use of meeting room in combination with lunch or dinner
Book a meeting room through our online booking system and select the catering option to have lunch or dinner at DronePort Cuisine. A discount equivalent to 2 hours of meeting room rental will be automatically applied, or the room will be provided at no charge for usage of 2 hours or less.
Terms and conditions
- Temporary promotion valid as from April 9, 2024, for business meetings only.
- Valid for online reservations only.
- Valid for à la carte lunch and dinner at DronePort Cuisine directly before or after your meeting only.
- Your discount will deducted automatically.
- Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.
- Always subject to availablilty. We try to confirm your booking within 24h.
- Not valid for our Pilot Lounge, Mirage and OPS Room.
- Only applicable when DronePort Cuisine is opened.
- Payment through invoice only (meeting room + Cuisine consumption).
