Student members of Academics For Technology Leuven gathered at DronePort Campus for an introduction on drone technology and innovation.

Academics For Technology Leuven (AFT Leuven) is a non-profit organisation introducing students to entrepreneurship and technology. Via various events, workshops, and masterclasses they offer the students a broad view on the technology aspects of different industries and give them the opportunity to get in contact with multiple entrepreneurs experienced in technology and innovation. In this way the students can also continuously develop and challenge themselves.

On the 21st of November they invited their members for a technology and innovation rendez-vous at DronePort Campus.

“Innovate”, “Challenge” and “Excite” are the keywords in AFT’s mission statement, and with this in mind DronePort CEO Mark Vanlook dazzled the participants with a presentation on the developing drone industry and a guided tour through the modern DronePort Campus and Incubator.
