With great pleasure, Brustem Pilot Association (BPA), in collaboration with Droneport, invites the members of VVMV, BULMF, and VLM to an exclusive visit to the impressive facilities of Droneport! This is your chance to be fully immersed in the fascinating world of aviation innovation and historical aircraft.

What to expect?

You will be warmly welcomed by the BPA President and receive a unique insight into Droneport’s activities. Following this, we will embark on an exciting tour of the aircraft hangar, where you will come face-to-face with stunning aircraft. You’ll also get to visit the BD09 Museum hangar and experience a breathtaking virtual flight in a Mirage. To complete the experience, you can enjoy a top-notch culinary buffet provided by Droneport Cuisine.

Fly-in possibilities

You are also welcome to arrive by airplane, helicopter, or ULM* at Droneport! For this special event, landing fees are waived on behalve of Droneport. However, slots for this are limited, so register now if you wish to fly in for free. Important notice: ULM aircraft are permitted, but subject to AIP restrictions.

Program overview

Schedule

The entire program, including the buffet, lasts approximately three hours. Depending on the selected time slot, the buffet will be available either before or after the visits. To ensure everyone can participate, we are working with four time slots. Register quickly and choose the time that suits you best. Note: Time slots have limited capacity and are assigned on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Your reservation is only confirmed after payment and BPA’s confirmation via email.

Slot 1 // 09:00 – 12:00 (buffet from 11:00)
Slot 2 // 11:00 – 14:00 (buffet from 13:00)
Slot 3 // 12:00 – 15:00 (buffet from 12:00)
Slot 4 // 14:00 – 17:00 (buffet from 14:00)
