For all other flight requests outside the Fly-In dates, please continue using the standard PPR form below.

Prior Permission Request
As part of our commitment to safety and efficient management of air traffic, we require all visiting aircraft categorized under Aer class II, Code 2 VFR, to obtain prior permission before accessing our aerodrome. This regulation ensures we can offer you the best possible service and a safe environment during your visit. Conveniently use the PPR form provided below. Please fill in all the required details to expedite the processing of your request.
Please do not enter the EBST aerodrome without a formal confirmation of your PPR!
