DronePort hosts successful Tesla Experience Event together with Belfius Hasselt

DronePort teamed up with Belfius Region Hasselt to host an incredible Tesla Experience event. Nearly 100 bank directors from independent Belfius branches across Antwerp, Limburg, and Flemish Brabant gathered at DronePort on November 14, 2024 to delve into the future of sustainable mobility. The attendees were given the unique opportunity to test drive the full range of Tesla models—including the Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X—experiencing firsthand the cutting-edge technology and performance that Tesla vehicles offer.

A gathering of industry pioneers

Beyond the exhilarating test drives, guests attended a presentation highlighting the shared vision of DronePort and Tesla in pioneering innovative, sustainable, and autonomous mobility solutions. Both organizations are dedicated to transforming the future of mobility and making cutting-edge technologies accessible. By collaborating on this unique Tesla Experience event, we aimed not only to showcase the power and precision of electric driving but also to emphasize the importance of sustainable transport and the transition to a greener world. Innovation and progress are central to everything we do, and this collaboration marks a significant step toward a future where mobility is smarter, cleaner, and more autonomous, both in the air and on the road.

Flexible leasing options for businesses

Attendees also learned about flexible leasing options designed to make Tesla vehicles accessible for their employees. The Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, in particular, are tailored for the B2B market, offering an affordable entry point for company fleets seeking environmentally friendly vehicles packed with top-tier technology.

All guests were treated to a top-tier walking dinner featuring four exquisitely prepared plated dishes provided by DronePort Cuisine. The meal was served in the unique and ultra-modern setting that DronePort offers, enhancing the overall experience and providing an opportunity for networking and discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.

A spectacular light show finale

The event culminated in a spectacular light show. All of Belfius Region Hasselt’s custom-wrapped Teslas were meticulously lined up on DronePort’s tarmac, delivering a synchronized display of lights. The mesmerizing performance was enjoyed by all 100 guests from the vantage point of the airplane hangar, providing a memorable finale to the day’s activities.

We are thrilled to have partnered with Belfius Region Hasselt and Tesla to bring this exceptional experience to our community. This event not only highlighted the exciting possibilities of electric vehicles but also reinforced our collective commitment to a sustainable future. We look forward to hosting more events that inspire innovation and drive progress in the realm of sustainable mobility.
